WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?
The goods sold may be replaced within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that they are in cartons in the same condition at the same time of purchase and valid for sale again.
In the case of request for replacement or retrieval of the product, the customer must bring the product to our store for examination before replacement and the inspection within 2 days.
The invoice must be brought upon exchange or refund.
There is no warranty of misuse.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND WILL I NEED TO SIGN FOR IT ON ARRIVAL?
Yes, your package is insured right up to its reception. A signature is required on arrival however someone can sign on your behalf if you are un available. If you weren’t reachable, the order will be returned back to our warehouse and a redelivery will be scheduled which might cause a delay.

If the products is under warranty, bring the product to any retail store with the original invoice. We will test it and that would take around 2 business days to get a result of the testing.
If the product was factory defected we will replace it for you or exchange it with other products with the same value of the product you paid for.
